The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, Sky TV, safe, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The 7.5 m² bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. There is also a 20 m² terrace.
